Skoda has recently announced that the Rapid will be officially unveiled (only in India) on November 16, 2011.
According to Indian Autos Blog, the Skoda Rapid is actually the production version of the MissionL concept previewed at the Frankfurt Motor Show back in September.
The Indian Skoda Rapid will be positioned between the Fabia and the Octavia and it will be 4.39 m long, 1.70 m wide and 1.47 m high. The car will be available with a choice of two 103 hp engines: a naturally aspirated 1.6-liter petrol and a 1.6 TDI diesel.
