Honda has announced the first official images of the 2012 CR-V (the production version) on their website.
The company hasn’t revealed about the engine, but we know that the North American model will come with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine (much like the current generation) and a more powerful new 2.5-liter.
In Europe, a choice of smaller 4-cylinder petrol and a 2.2-liter diesel engines will be available when it arrives in the fall of 2012.
The 2012 Honda CR-V will make its world premiere at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November and the JDM version of the CR-V to debut at the 2012 Tokyo Motor Show.
