PSA (Peugeot Citroen Alliance) has unveiled an urban vehicle named the VELV concept.
The VELV is a fully functional electric vehicle which has an 8.5 kWh lithium-ion battery and a 27 hp electric motor. This allows the concept (650 kg or 1,433 lb) to hit a top speed of 110 km/h and offering it a range of around 100 km (62 miles) on a single charge.
PSA declined to discuss the possibility of production, but said that the vehicle is aimed at corporate fleets and rental car companies.
