Mitsubishi has launched production of a new Pajero Sport in Bangladesh to strengthen their product lineup in this country.
The company said they aim to sell about 500 cars per year. The Pajero Sport will be produced at its business partner Pragoti Industries Ltd.'s plant in Chittagong in the southeast.
Pragoti Industries Ltd owned by the Bangladeshi government has produced the previous-generation Pajero since 1995 under an alliance with Mitsubishi from 1977.
