The Chevrolet Malibu got its debut at the New York Auto Show and the Shanghai Auto Show. And now, Chevrolet has announced it will debut the Malibu at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show.
This is the first time that the Malibu is offered in Europe. The model will be equipped with two engines: a 2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine with 164 hp and a 2.4-liter turbocharged diesel engine with 169 hp.
However, Chevrolet doesn't say when the Malibu will be launched in Europe, while the North American-spec Malibu is slated for a showroom debut in 2012.
