Infiniti has released the first real-life photograph of the JX concept, ahead of its debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance on August 18, 2011.
Drawing inspiration from the FX and Etherea concept, the 7-seat crossover has aggressive styling with sumptuous curves and recessed headlights. Vice president of Infiniti Americas, Ben Poore said “Families don’t have many luxury vehicle options today. The new Infiniti JX will be the 7-passenger antidote to the ho-hum luxury crossovers that are out there right now,”.
The production model will be debuted at the Los Angeles Auto Show this November, before launching in the spring of 2012. It will be built at Nissan’s assembly plant in Smyrna, Tennessee.
